Discuz, phpBB, xoops or what???

Dear all,

I had been using phpBB, xoops years ago. Then, I put down forum making for
two years.    Lately , I want to have fun making forum again.
I found Discuz! is popular.   Should I use it ? for what reason?
Or, any other PHP forum framework competitive to Discuz! ?

无论是插件或是系统都很成熟。

Forum 的話, 大陸仲有一隻叫 PHPWIND
國外主要都係 phpBB 同 SMF
