flash 网在某程度上是很容易做出来，但是做得有美感的就考制作者的了。

seems to be a stock flash file. just need to learn some actionscript for all the filter. then added some mouseover events.

the web page not so good
this webpage link should add a loading bar to preview loading before the conent loaded. This is a full flash website which require some swf file to run, the main swf file will load each of the content swf file when the button is clicked.

its just a simple flash only...
not surprising, if u wanna make it, i recommend u to use
ADOBE flash CS3, it can be used along with photoshop and illustrator.
